Ugh.
The scale was up to 153.4 this morning. Fabulous. I’ve officially stumbled. I think I’m eating way too much, and I’m definitely not moving enough.
I started tracking all my food again today and will continue till I see some changes. My sleeping has been a little out of whack, but I think I’m to the point where I just have to deal with being tired for a couple days and suffer through some workouts to get back on track.
Suck, suck, suck.
